"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

What would we do without DA thats fun?What Summer would be boring don't you think.We would just do the same thing everyday.Wake up, eat, watch TV, eat, do nothing, get even boreder, eat. You know all of that crappy stuff. Imagine just do that for like two and a half monthes than you go to school and get tired of school . You all know what I'm talkin' about, right?
